A. Shipping summary

Where we ship
We ship within the United States (48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes (P.O. Boxes may not be accepted for oversized shipments).

Shipping fees

  • Orders $299 or more: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $299: Flat-rate shipping fee of $30
    Any shipping fee (if applicable) is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing time and cutoff time
Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM ET (New York), Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays).
Standard processing time (handling time): typically 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Standard shipping time
Standard shipping (contiguous U.S.): typically 3–7 business days after your order ships.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, peak season volume, or other events outside our control.

Oversized items and remote areas
Some large/oversized or freight-delivered items may require appointment delivery. Delivery timeframes can vary and may be longer than standard shipping. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date for oversized/freight shipments or deliveries to remote ZIP codes.

B. Returns & refunds summary

Return window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Item condition
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging with all included parts and accessories. Items showing signs of use, assembly, wear, or missing parts may not qualify.

No restocking fee
Stylive does not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Report damage/defects or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@stylive.shop with your order number and photos (outer box, shipping label, and product issue). If confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund timing
If your return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Bank posting times may vary.

C. Order cancellations & changes summary

Cancellation window
We can usually cancel an order if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it and before the order enters fulfillment or a shipping label is created.

Changes
Address changes or order modifications may be possible before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, changes are typically not possible.
