Order Cancellation & Changes Policy

We understand plans change. This policy explains when we can cancel or modify an order.
Cancellation window
We can usually cancel an order if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it and before the order enters fulfillment or a shipping label is created.
To maximize the chance of a successful change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests received before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are more likely to be processed before fulfillment begins.
Changes (address, items, or quantity)
If you need to change the shipping address or modify items in your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
After an order ships
Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
