We want you to feel confident shopping with Stylive. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns are accepted and how refunds are handled.
Return window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Condition requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Unassembled (when applicable)
- In original packaging with all included parts and accessories
If an item shows signs of use, assembly, wear, or missing parts, it may not qualify for a refund.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not returnable:
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale” (if applicable)
No restocking fee
Stylive does not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item received
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stylive.shop
- Include your order number and photos of the issue (outer box, shipping label, and product)
If confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy. In these cases, we cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.
Returns for reasons other than damage/defect
If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage/defect (for example, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees (if any) paid at checkout are non-refundable.
How to start a return

- Reason for return (brief)
- Photos (recommended)
If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address. Please do not send returns without authorization, as they may not be processed.
Refund processing time
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges for all items. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item (if eligible).
