Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stylive (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how shipping fees are calculated, and what to expect after you place an order.
Shipping area
We currently ship within the United States (48 contiguous states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes (P.O. Boxes may not be accepted for oversized shipments).

Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment location:

Shipping fees
- Orders $299 or more: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $299: Flat-rate shipping fee of $30
Notes:
- The order total used to determine the shipping fee is the merchandise subtotal after discounts (excluding shipping).
- Any shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Order cutoff time and processing (handling) time
Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (New York), Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays).
- Orders placed before the cutoff time on a business day typically begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays typically begin processing the next business day.
Standard processing time (handling time): 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Standard shipping time (transit time)
Standard shipping (contiguous U.S.): typically 3–7 business days after the order ships.
Important:
- Transit time is an estimate and not a guarantee.
- Weather, carrier delays, peak season volume, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Oversized items, furniture, and remote areas
Some large, oversized, or freight-delivered items may require special handling or appointment delivery. For these shipments:
- Delivery timeframes can vary and may be longer than standard shipping.
- The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- We do not guarantee a specific delivery date for oversized/freight shipments or deliveries to remote ZIP codes.
Carriers and tracking
We work with reputable carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and other regional carriers). Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (when available).

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or repeated delivery failure, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Delivery inspection and damaged packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged:
- Email us at info@stylive.shop within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of (a) the outer box, (b) the shipping label, and (c) the damage
We will review and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Please refer to our “Order Cancellation & Changes” policy for details.
