Below are answers to common questions about shopping with Stylive. If you need help, contact us anytime.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States (48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes (P.O. Boxes may not be accepted for oversized shipments).

Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment location:
1835 76th St, Brooklyn, NY 11214, United States.

How much is shipping?

  • Orders $299 or more: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $299: Flat-rate shipping fee of $30
    Any shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you place your order.

What is your order cutoff time?
Order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (New York), Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays).
Orders placed before the cutoff time on a business day typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time typically begin processing the next business day.

How long does processing take?
Standard processing time (handling time) is typically 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping (contiguous U.S.) is typically 3–7 business days after your order ships.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, peak season volume, or other events outside our control.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (when available).

Do large or oversized items have different delivery timelines?
Yes. Some large, oversized, or freight-delivered items may require special handling or appointment delivery. Delivery timeframes can vary and may be longer than standard shipping. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date for oversized/freight shipments or deliveries to remote ZIP codes.

Can I change my address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered fulfillment and a shipping label hasn’t been created, we may be able to update your address. Once an order has shipped, address changes are typically not possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We can usually cancel an order if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it and before the order enters fulfillment or a shipping label is created. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled. See our Order Cancellation & Changes Policy for details.

Are taxes included? Are there hidden fees?
Prices are shown in USD. Any shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you place your order. We do not add hidden fees at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in unused condition and original packaging (with all parts and accessories). Stylive does not charge a restocking fee.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stylive.shop and include your order number and photos (outer box, shipping label, and product damage/issue). If confirmed, we’ll help resolve it (replacement, refund, or other remedy as appropriate).

How do refunds work?
If your return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
